Great Deal

Although I ordered a 4 door car, the desk staff upgraded me to a nicer SUV for free when they saw the luggage my group had brought, which was very much appreciated. They answered the phone quickly when I needed to speak to them and the instructions on pick up / drop off were precise.

The Booking was easy to make. The price drop option worked which was nice.

Tres bien mais plus loin que les autres loueurs, il fau prendre deux navettes à l'aller et u ne seule au retour. L'attente etait un petit peu plus longue que la moyenne habituelle. Le retour a été plus rapide, cependant nous avons été surpris de nous voir reclamer un tip par le chauffeur de la navette, tres inhabituel et malpoli!

L'application n'a pas fonctionné au moment du retrait mais l'email de reservation suffisait

The drop off was not as streamlined as other companies. Waiting in a long line of people just parking their cars, picking up rentals... workers not very friendly. The hassle of taking 2 shuttles with kids and 8 bags to collect rental vehicle in first place means I’ll prolly just use another company in future.

Staff is polite and respectful. Although, I could see that the staff was buzy, they kept a smile. They worked as a team. Good job on the staff
