There was a long que at pick up...I spent 3hours in total. This was partly due to the fact that there was an error in booking. But realistically speaking, this was the worst experience ever with car rental pick ups. Green motion should put measures in place to speed up the whole process and improve the over all experience.

つなぎ車に乗るのは便利で、車は新しい。借りていたフォードの小型車は、fiat 500Xの小型SUVにアップグレードされた。初めてSUVを始めた頃はまだ慣れていなかったが、しばらくすると慣れっこになった。フォード・カーニバルより一ランク上の車だった。
