Pas de nouvelle de l'assurance et le support d'easyrentcars suite a un litige de 885€.

The staff where putting pressure on us spending more money on all sorts. This was not said when we booked. We ended up paying 171.95 Euros, was disgusting as we had our own insurance they said it didn't cover but it 100% did. As they said they didn't understand my argument they said is this amount or nothing. Then they charged huge amount on the credit card which I still wait to get back. Awful would never book again. We book cars at least 10 times a year and this was the worst yet due to adding money on top.

We did get to take the car we booked. Hidden charges galore totally more than €200 at SURPRICE, charge for collection after 8pm, they wouldn’t release car without their insurance even though we had separate cover for a year, didn’t except AMEC and wanted to charge for second driver in order to use a second persons card. Addition changes for toll road machine. Stead clear of this company

Booking was easy but will think twice next time and go with one of the more we’ll known car rental companies

Il a fallu attendre aller-retour de la navette, suite aux nombres de réservations ( 2 voitures avec 7 personnes, puis 3 voitures avec 8 ou 9 personnes).

est ce que la toyota aygo est vraiment l’équivalent d'une fiat 500 L??? Une plus grande transparence sur d'éventuels frais qui pourraient êtres engendrés par un retour hors des horaires d'ouvertures du bureau.........
