Good value, trouble finding drop off location

Car had been in prior accident and didn't handle perfectly on curves but was fine overall. 2-shuttle process to get to pick up location. Address given for drop off did not match up with Google maps, so I'm glad we weren't in a hurry to make our flight. Customer service was very good. Office and bathroom were dirty. Nevertheless a very good value for the price.

This is the second time I’ve booked at this location and twice they did t have the car I reserved and paid for. The counter representative was no help.
