The store is a bit far from Perth Airport; you need to contact a shuttle, which took some effort. Fortunately, I met an employee from another rental company who helped me call for a shuttle. The shuttle service was great, the vehicle was spacious, and after returning the car, they kindly took us back to the airport. Big thumbs up to the driver (definitely over 70 years old).
