The worst experience ever! the car was dirty, smelly from cigarettes, and the fuel wasn't on full (half way to the other bar), When i returned the car, the young guy that was checking me out was rude ( I think his name is Edward- not sure). .I'm renting cars for years, all over the world, and never had this experience. I wrote them an email about it (1st time I ever send an email about this kind of situation). I really hope that they will find a way to compensate me.

Routes rental car was great.... but, i was lucky i remembered to bring my own insurance,... otherwise, most likely i wouldn't had been happy purchasing theirs.
