Waiting in Vancouver is terrible, we waited 90 minutes to get the car, while people behind us may have waited even longer time. Insufficient staff at the office as well as in the parking lot. The gasoline tank was not filled after previous rental,.

The location has easy access to YVR behind Costco a very busy area all day, the checking in was busy, but the property is too small for all the cars being rented, so it was difficult to exit the parking area and it took 20 minutes to move the cars around before you could leave. The best deal was the weekly price so thanks, I will be back.

Horrible company! Terrible service, staff rude and very unhelpful - creating problems for customers, ridiculous restrictions on cars. Waiting time was painfully long. I understand busy companies but waiting 2 hours in a queue is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!! I'm honestly surprised this company still exists..? Puzzled about that!
