Very Bad experience with the staff in charge of the car checking process as well as during the collect and pick up. No care about the customers, no professional behaviour when we ask information or have a claim. I had better experiences with their staff in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Apparently their standards are not the same in all agences.

良かったです。ただし、車両は少し基本的な仕様で、アクセルとブレーキがとても硬かったです。長時間運転すると足がとても疲れ、一週間経った今でもまだ痛みます。
