The car was generally well presented. I did however find some damage to the front bumper that had been sprayed over but washed off. In fairness I mentioned this and they accepted it and promised to repair it properly

メルボルン空港でピックアップしてもらう方法が電話のみで英語のできる娘がいなければ、ピックアップの場所も分からなかった。レンタカーは元々日本車でナビもつけられのに、検索機能も貧弱なカーナビでした。

予約はスムーズで価格の満足しています。しかし、車の提供会社をもう少し分かり安くして欲しかった。ピックアップの方法、現地交通ルール注意も日本語で知りたかった。

When we picked up the car the guy at the counter said it would be alright if we brought back the car with 75% full tank. By the drop-off the lady asked why it wasn't full. Bit of miscommunication there, but in the end 75% was fine.
