I missed the confirmation reply due to lack of signal, and when the flight was delayed, I couldn't reach the store. Even their internal system personnel couldn't contact them. Later, the staff at the store told me they were off duty and wouldn't answer calls. It was very frustrating. The car was an older model SUV with numerous scratches, which their staff photographed extensively. I feel that international car rental companies with airport locations are more reliable.

Overall quite satisfied. The car was a bit old, but in decent condition.

The staff was really friendly, and the check-in and car pick-up took only about 10 minutes.
