The shuttle is a WHITE van, with YES RENTALS yellow label on it. * For the Domestic terminal, please wait outside Door 7, in front of Jetstar Departure. * For the International terminal, after a custom security check, please exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign of "SHUTTLE" to all shuttle waiting zone (The walk takes approximately 5 minutes). * Yes rental shuttle will collect you from the airport and back to the Yes Rentals depot. It takes about 10 minutes (depending on traffic). The store provided us with a car whose right front tire's safety line was completely worn out. Such tire conditions would lead to a blowout within two or three days. The next day, the tire did blow out, and luckily it happened when we were starting from a stationary position! If it had blown out while driving at 100 km/h, the consequences would have been unimaginable. This rental company is truly irresponsible. Is it safe to assume they only replace tires when they blow out?

I missed the confirmation reply due to lack of signal, and when the flight was delayed, I couldn't reach the store. Even their internal system personnel couldn't contact them. Later, the staff at the store told me they were off duty and wouldn't answer calls. It was very frustrating. The car was an older model SUV with numerous scratches, which their staff photographed extensively. I feel that international car rental companies with airport locations are more reliable.

I was picking the car up after hours, and the instructions given with the booking listed the wrong shuttle company to contact. The one listed had lost the contract quite a few months previously. YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS. The shuttle company listed was kind enough to drop me at the correct place, but it did take a while to get to the car.
