Pretty good and fast service at Apex but car selection is not adequate

Very satisfied, both picking up and dropping off the car were quick and smooth. The front desk staff patiently explained the model and insurance options I had booked and asked if I needed to pay for bridge tolls and other essential questions. Besides requesting the bridge toll service, I also opted for zero-deductible insurance. Everything was quick and convenient.
When returning the car, I mentioned to the front desk that I had accidentally scratched it during the rental period. After asking when and where it happened, they just had me sign a form, and that was it. This is the importance of full insurance.

Very good, the staff were enthusiastic and processed everything promptly. Any issues were resolved quickly.

The shuttle driver to pick us up from the airport didn't have our name on his list. After a lot of huffing and puffing, we got on the shuttle and came to the rental company. This could have been avoided.

Fast pick up by their shuttle after i had called them when reached Sydney airport. The car is clean and same spec of the car as what i had chosen.
