Our flight was cancelled and then delayed. We booked the car to pick up at 8am, but need to delay the pick up to 6:40pm on the same day. We couldn't contact Routes to deferred the pickup time. It was stressful initially not knowing if they will keep our booking or still charge as no show.
Otherwise, we are happy with the condition of the car.

レンタカーを借りるのは順調だったし、コンパニオンも熱心だったし、一時間ほど早く、三時間ほどで決まった車を手に入れた。
満足していた!ただ、私が車を決める時に払うのは全部の金で、車を持ってくる時やはり500カナダドルのプリ認可の金を掛けます。
