Great experience

The staff could be a little more helpful rather than just minding their own business after asking the customer to wait in the sitting area for more than 20mins after all documentation is completed, could be that I went in on a Sunday in the evening and they are overworked.

Ridiculously slow service both upon arrival and departure was even worse It took over 45 minutes from the time we dropped off vehicle b4 the shuttle driver arrived to bring us to the airport

The car was very nice, not so clean, very spacious and it work very well in the freeway.

Location was just a bit hidden but overall it was good. still waiting for the 500 cad deposit to clear.

Like: I was surprised what that I paid so little for a good car. Everyone else was 2 times as expensive.
Dislike: Nothing
