The drop off point very hard to find it, we spend almost 20mins to get to the location. Staff told us will waiting for us but we still have to wait them and we very rush to check in flight, feel very tension.

車両、手続き、スタッフの対応などは満足しています。一つ残念な点は、返却場所が分かりにくく空港を3周ほどしました。最終的には、同乗者に受付カウンターに行ってもらい、スタッフに来てもらって無事返却しました。その時のスタッフの対応は、すごく良かった。次回も利用すると思います。

The car was in a good condition. The pick up and return processes were just simple and easy.

I was worried before the pick up about the rent via Easyrentcars.com Finally, it was no problem at all.

The worst thing is return area on BKK airport. No signs for ‘rental car return’ as on other airports. Because there is not a designated place to drop off the car. You just need to park it somewhere in the chaotic traffic jam of arrivals terminal, which took me almost an hour. Plus there is no gas station nor on the highway from Bangkok neither at the airport. You must find it somewhere on local roads. No one tells you of course :(
