Nice staff. Car condition is good. Return easy and quick.

Eurocar was too eager to charge for late return even though it was not our fault that the car drop off was not easy to find and there was no one at the counter when we arrived to return the car key.

Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked.
Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours

Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle
Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
