Helpful staff and quick process. Even picked us up from nearby hotel.

Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

When people are paying the fee please make sure no hidden surprise like I got when I got an international fee associated with my booking.

Pick up and drop off very quick and easy. No logos on van but noticed the drivers uniform. Staff very friendly, car comfortable with lots of space.

Easy to book on line and great price.

Do ask about the excess and the insurance and they do not mention it. We had to ask a couple of times, I guess it was just the language barrier.

Car was great but old and have damage. That was fine since this reflected the prices the car smelt badly of cigarettes and all the electronics inc gps are in Japanese which is completely useless in New Zealand. This was explained to me as they were Japanese imports. Overall a good service, I would use again. But be aware that they hold your deposit for 4 weeks after you return your car for possible fines, tickets, etc which I had never experienced before.
