This is not a car rental business, it's an insurance rip-off.

The location of the office and pick up point was a 15 or 20 minute cab ride from the airport, which is why they're such good value I guess. There was a free shuttle bus from the airport but it was a half hour wait and we had already been travelling all day so we opted for the cab.

従業員の人数が充分でなく、車の受取に2時間以上待たされた。 その上予約していた車が無く、それ以上に高いランクの車を勧められ、それしかないので仕方なくそれを借りる事にした。 二度とこのお店では借りない。場所も遠く沢山の荷物を持っての移動はバスでもたいへんでした。。。

Rude unfriendly staff. Systems down but no alternate way to complete the booking. Waited for 2 hours and then had to cancel. They were unfriendly were looking forward to cancel the booking. Huge queue
