“Terrible service”

The pick up location was not specified in the reservation. I called them several times to pick me up from the airport. The Right Cars front desk charged me for rental insurance while I had Comprehensive coverage. They also overcharged me for unlimited toll pass. They forced me to buy it. I ended up paying 3 times more than what I expected based on the rate specified in Easyrentcars.com. It was the worse expereice that I have ever had with rental car companies.

“Unclean car, forced to take extra insurance, car falling apart, junk in trunk, and very dirt.”
About RIGHT CARS: 4.3 /10
This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

“Never use again”

Right cars staff were rude and took forever. I tried to cancel on the spot but was informed that I couldn't because it was past my rental time. Even though I had been there prior to my rental time. I rented through a different company and wont ever even consider right cars again
