Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Excellent car though it had too large an engine that I was not aware of therefore high fuel consumption. Nevertheless the quality of the car was excellent and service provided by Routes was very good

“TERRIBLE.”

Terrible service. Spent over 1.5 hours to pick up the car. Car was reserved for 9am and paid for, I went there at noon and still the car was not available. I had to drive with them to the pick up lot 15 minutes away to collect the car. On reaching there, the first car had a flat tire and they gave us another car. They also charged for extra KM when the booking page said 3500KM included. It was a terrible experience.

“Really "EasyRentCars" and the lowest price for the best car I needed!”

The rented car exceeded my expectations. I received a new car in less than 10 minutes, the lady at the reception desk being very kind and helpful. I can't hope for anything better, even if the car doesn't rent directly from the airport parking (in this case the price could reach double). But the rental center is close to the airport and it is easy to arrive by a free shuttle bus from Viscount link train between the terminals station.
