Like: Friendly staff, fast pickup, good location to take a car:)

I have still not have had confirmation that the deposit will be returned to my credit car. I was told I would be informed by email within 24 hours it's now 48+.we were given a Volvo x40as the car ordered was not available

No waiting all went ok.

The car was in superb condition. There was confusion at pick up whereby the infant car seat provided was for a toddler rather than a baby, and at midnight there was no one there to help install the correct seat so we had no isofix or anything for the length of the stay. Also inconvenience at midnight with a tired baby and child to try and work out what to do. However that was the only issue.

Like: We loved the whole experience, super quick and friendly and we also got an amazing upgrade to a one month old Volvo!

Very Helpful Staff, easy pickup

They use Deodorant when they clean the car, which is not good if you are allergic or asthmatic. Poor vacuuming off the car, before pickup. Washer fluid was so low that after the first use, it told me to refill. I misplaced the receipt for the fluid, so of course i didn’t get reimbursed

Considering in was midsummer weekend collection went well even though I had to pick up the car much earlier than booked because of early closing. Communication through email was good but letting me know I had to get to the collection point earlier meant leaving our Copenhagen hotel after 4 hours sleep. I never met any Hertz staff! But understand it was midsummer celebration time.

Everything was smooth except an error on the confirmation page meant the insurance didn’t show. When asked you sent this on. You prepared a list of paperwork I needed to print out to show and said I needed an international driving permit. So I took time to buy one even though the Swedish government say it’s not necessary. At the collection point from the information desk at the airport the only thing checked was my UK license. No Hertz staff around because of midsummer and I had to change my plans to collect the car being forced to get there 3 hours sooner or no pickup. That meant leaving Copenhagen hotel after 4 hours sleep to catch train to be there. At least Hertz kept me informed about this all though at last minute.

Appriciate if they can offer cars with more seats like 7 seats or 9 seats

The vehicule and the service of the counter staff in Malmo were excellent. We would recommand it.

All went very well on the platform, so we have no comments to do.

I use regularly and find it to often be cheapest so happy.

The car exceeded my expectations. I really like to use Hertz. Hertz is my preferred company for sure. Expensive because I normally arrive outside normal work hours, (wish it was a little cheaper then I could visit my cabin more often) but I always receive an excellent vehicle and the service is always excellent.

Ease of booking. Didn't notice any price drop. But I'm sure I had an upgrade of car.

Очень плохо. Прокатная компания занимается обманом. Машина была с пробегом в 50 тысяч, но в приемлемом состоянии. На следующий день после сдачи автомобиля предъявили царапину на колёсном диске размером в 1 см! При желании таких мелочей по машине можно было найти ещё сотни - т.к. машина не новая. За неё компания взяла 250 долларов, что в 2.5 раза превышаем стоимость аренды автомобиля. Судя по отзывам на гугле - такая схема практикуется шведским подразделением компании постоянно.
