Specifically booked a Manual car but the on pick up the counter staff advised that they had no manual cars available. I was not advised beforehand about this and had no option at pick up but to take an automatic car. This was certainly disappointing although the condition of the automatic car was fine.

They should clear the insurance policy to their customer as it is little bit confusing what all is covered and its limit.

Everything was perfect! Staff, car, pick-up and return.

The Car was Upgraded for free, The Fuel Tank Was Not Full The Staff Both Sides Were not too good just ok.

Everything with Europcar is always smooth and great .. nice staff and quick service specially was on the drop off ( Geneva airport ) but I had a confirmed booking for an Audi A6 Avant and when I reached there they gave me Audi Q5 ( they said it's upgrade because they don't have the A6 ) I felt it's Downgrade!

Nothing much changed on the price and the eqsyrentcars Experiences was great.

The car we booked (audi A5 convertable) was not available so after some discussions and a bit of argument and escalations, they provided us with a much better car (audi A8) and in excellent condition in addition to compensation as well. Even if we did not get the car that we booked we were happy with the replacement car provided to us and made out trip memorable.

The woman i dealt with at the counter was rude, impatient, belittling, etc. It was the worst car rental service i have ever had in my entire life!!

Honestly,this is my first time booking through EasyRentCars and to my surprise it was excellent. At first I had a skeptical thoughts because as others said, book only from official website Europcar, Sixt, Hertz etc big company, cuz it will not give headache. Cuz Dollar is not very big names like others,but it is managed by Hertz so it was no problem at all. During collecting my car was great cuz the staff very friendly and helpful. She upgrade from my Ford Focus estate to Mazda CX5 with addition CHF10 per day..and ad hoc add in second driver for CHF50 only, I got the brand new car with only 8km milage..just a new born baby for me

EasyRentCars platform was a great one out of all and the price drop protector was really make a magic for me who wants a better price. Plus the voucher also help reduce the total fee which is always a bonus for newbie like me. I have no problems with EasyRentCars, great.

Despite having booked a wagon-size car by mistake the staff were able to change to a standard car for me. Unfortunately this one had little torque so was not very good on mountain passes. :-(

Apparently I booked a wagon without knowing it, this should be clearer.

They didn't have the car we booked, but we got a slightly smaller one with free GPS and an extra driver. Also the return guy chased me down the street to give me my sunglasses back. So happy with our experience.

Great experience renting from you guys, Thanks for the good service. The only thing that can be improved is guidance to drop location and also the waiting time to return the vehicle.

No one answered the phone to change the reservation. There was no option to change it online.

All good with these guys. Didn't need a credit card as they took a deposit on a debit card.
