Like: Vehicle was even better than what we had booked. All the features possible and super comfortable Dislike: Not directly the fault of the hire car company but our credit card had a problem and this meant we had to pay an extra AU$270 for an insurance cover because I used a debit card.
Car was damaged and pointed out at the time of pick up. However same was not in the system at the time of drop and has been disputed.
Arrogant and unhelpful staff.
Charged incorrectly for upgrade than discussed.

Like: Easy pick up, easy drop off. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention Eddie and Nico at Alamo/Enterprise who were absolutely excellent, knew exactly what they were doing, personable and provided great customer service. An asset to the company. Dislike: Car was dirty on inside and had chewing gum stuck on outside.
Like: I was given a brand new automatic and GPS enabled Citroen C3. It had all the modern features and made my road trip a fantastic, enjoyable and memorable experience. Dislike: Nothing that I didn't like.
The full size wagon I booked online was not available at the time of the pick-up and I was given a full-size car; it was tight for a family of five with luggages. Also, I was not given a fare adjustment for the downgrade.
Other than that the booking, pick-up and drop-off experience was excellent.
Like: Simply everything: good value for money; staff very polite and extremely helpful; excellent fleet; simplicity and efficiency!!! Dislike: Don’t have anything to point out.
