BARI CAR RENTAL REVIEWS

I asked for full-full petrol, they gave me half a tank. This is unacceptable. 45min pick up queue is also unacceptable. There are tech companies that let you unlock your car with an iphone, and not speak to anyone. I'm not saying we should expect this from every car rental company, but I still cannot believe how much paperwork we have to fill out and that it takes 8-10 minutes for every person to collect their car. They need to improve their processes otherwise they will lose market share to tech-companies (Virtuo).

Left on Sunday and still waiting for funds to be returned to my credit card.

The lady at the counter was very rude and she was acting like she was doing us a favor.

Both pick-up and drop-off very quick, car was clean and ready to go, staff was polite and helpful. Good service for good value.

The car was great, but I want to comment on the assistance services - I got a fine for incorrect parking in the center of Bari and even though I've sent a mail to the counter - I didn't get any answer. It's good that they told me how to pay my fine when I dropped off the car. Moreover, when I missed the opening hours of the office in the center of Bari for drop off (because I booked through Easyrentcars and specified 20:00 for drop off hour in the center of Bari, but when I went to the office in the center at 19:30 - it was already closed), I wanted to call the airport office for assistance (whether I have to return the car at the airport in the same day or can return it on the airport), but nobody answered my numerous calls. So I had to go to the airport and drop off the car there (by the ways, three girls were sitting there, I wondered why they didn't answer)

Très longue attente pour récupérer le véhicule à notre arrivée. La personne est particulièrement aimable mais il en faudrait deux pour plus d'efficacité et éviter ce désagrément qui nous a vraiment retardées

HORRIBLE!!!! Tout simplement ma PIRE EXPERIENCE en terme de locations de voiture (que je loue régulièrement). Toute l’équipe de l’agence sur place est une bande de voleurs orgénisée et les commentaires sur google le prouve. Je trouve inadmissible qu’une agence comme vous les référence. C’est envoyé vos clients dans la gueule du loup. Ils vous effraient, vous force littéramelement à prendre leurs assurances, et si vous ne vOulez pas vous mettent encore d’avantage de pression. N’imprime pas la bonne feuille de locatin. Ne vous rende pas vos papiers d’identité. Des tas d’erreurs car trop concentré à vous vendre leurs assurances. HONTEUX

Super slow to process the check in. They have to input all the information on the spot. Never again.

Dislike: Drop off address and link to the destination on the map is not correct, took me more than 30 min to find and was about to lose my flight

This rental exceeded my expectations. I got a brand new car and he had me on the road in 5 mins. Service with a smile.

Booking platform the best I’ve had. I bought super protection for a great price! Everything was perfect!

Like: nice car to drive, very affordable
Dislike: only one guy working on the desk so pickup was slow, an extra employee would have helped!

Happy overall.... would use again and would recommend to others.
