Rude agent in Lamezia. Accused us of damaging the mirror. Not willing to accept our explanation. Ignored our questions like we were not there. Will never rent from Europcar unless our formal complaint is thoroughly reviewed. Terrible customer service! Never been treated this way before!

Over the internet we make a reservation (completed): car Fiat 500 = 30€. When we came ob the airport we get Peugeot 108 and have to pay 85 more €. So for fu*king Peugeot 108, 2 days, we have to pay 115€.

We booked a Fiat 500 but they give us an Opel Crossland, no complains for that, bigger car, better value for money, the only problem was the waiting time, one hour and 40 min, and they block €900, that’s a big amount considering that we pay for the expensive assurance , that covers everything

Rental operator (Locauto) is not releasing the full amount of deposit despite car has been returned in perfect conditions and full fuel tank (???).

Inefficient and slow service at Bari airport. Took close to 60 minutes to get served with only a dozen people ahead of us.

No price drops. Good website, easy booking and fair pricing.

The queue at the pick up desk was at least 20 people long when we arrived and was very slow moving. It took around 2 hours to collect the keys. It took longer to collect the car than to fly from London.

We did not get the correct car because they did not have it in stock and received a much smaller car (Fiat) then what we paid for. They explained since we already paid for a bigger car and they did not have it in stock they could not reimburse us.

The staff was a bit slow and it took a lot of time to pickup the car. The insurances they sold were too expensive.

Everything was ok - fast & efficient staff, good car, etc. No remarks.

FRAUD!!!

Recieved an upgrade of 30€ for a whole week. Very good Diesel from Locauto.

Staff too slow at pick up. Fiat Panda is not worth of money. Straggling little engine and you feel every hole in it.

Guy I called before booking for more info, wasn't easy to communicate. It was a struggle to get answer for simple questions.

I have a visa credit card which I have used as a credit card for decades. They insisted it was a debit card and would not accept it forcing my husband who does not know how to drive stick shift to pay with his card as an extra driver. Our fee was quite a bit higher because of this.

We had to wait 3 hours in the line at the airport. Chaos, people almost fighting at the desk. Wanted to charge extra insurance. Did not get the car we wanted.

Staff tried to sell insurance that I had already purchased, explained that the one I already had was not valid. Quite an unnecessary stressful experience. No indication on arrival as to where the shuttle was. Had to wait for 40 minutes outside airport for shuttle. Overall it took more than 1h30 to pick up car. Staff was quite nice but unnecessarily forceful on insurance. I would not recommend this car rental company. Going back to airport was chaotic.

Car did exceed expectations but wait to be served was very long. However, counter staff were very pleasant and helpful. Vehicle cleanliness marked low as exterior was very dirty - request for widescreen and windows to be cleaned was dealt with very quickly. it was a new car so very clean inside.

The guys asked for signature about car condition before I actually saw a car. But they work fast maybe because of that, not spending extra time. Also they offered me bigger car, witch was a good choice.

The car was fine. In the keys, it said "Diesel" although the car was benzine. This could lead to a huge problem for both the company and a customer. I informed the office, but its worth stating again. Thanks.
