台湾では高速料金はすべてゲートがないETCで、車の返却時に利用料がすぐわかるシステムで便利なのだけど、カード払いだと１０％手数料を取られた。ロードサービスがついていたがレンタカー営業所の電話番号しかわからなかったので、日本のように２４時間対応ではないようだった。

PONY was, hands-down, the best rental car experience we've ever had! Their level of service goes above and beyond: privately picking us up and dropping us off to hotels and the airport, providing car chargers, and providing all the right information to drive safely in Taiwan. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Taiwan - it made our road trip experience the best it could possibly be.

Car received was not Volkswagen Polo, but similar (Ford). Difficult to find the service desk. Overall happy with the service and car.

The deposit was actually billed and paid. Had to wait 60 days for the refund process to start. The deposit was more than the actual rental of the vehicle...

Did not get a vios but Toyota sienta. Is OK with me since the same capacity. Easy to communicate with them as they also use Whatsapps. Good respond.

Smooth and convenient

We got a smaller car but got a free upgrade to Camry. Car was in clean condition, spacious, and service was very good. They picked us up at our drop off & pick up locations, and dropped us off at a nearby station after we returned the car. Overall very pleased with the service & car rental!

Booking was easy, did a last minute booking for a 7-day rental but response was fast. Will use again!

Making the call was a bit confusing as we didn't know which no to skip. Only dial last 8 no. if using public phone. Waited ard 15 min for pick up due to traffic jam. Wait outside at no. 18 and look for staff wearing the IWS blue yellow T-shirt. Getting and returning car was very fast, car is new. Staff brought us back to airport with our hired car.

Need to call JT staff to arrange for car pickup. Had to go to a deserted location away from the airport to complete vehicle transfer/pickup. This was arranged by the friendly staff. I was given a Colt Plus instead of the Yaris. The radio was not working.

Waited a very long time to get the car. Was not given the option of picking up car at where the car was parked, wasted a lot of time coordinating the pickup.

Bien que parlant peu Anglais, le personnel a été très conciliant. La voiture était prête à partir à notre arrivée. Pas d'entourloupe.

Car was very new

They did a great job picking us up at the airport by pillar 18 and the return was very smooth. The car was in excellent condition and driving in Taiwan was much easier than the past.
