The car had plenty of room but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The management at the denver location could have cared less about any issues with my rental. She even walked away from me while I was talking.

Customer service needs to work faster. The pickup process took almost 1 hour. The car was dirty and there was dings on the windshield, which can be dangerous if no repaired.
The Fox had confusing signs directing you to return the car in the wrong location. Once it was determined where to return the car, there was no employees directing you on where rot park or leave the car. We had to wait for an employee to give direct us and complete the transaction.
The car rental was through Thrifty, Not an inconvenience, although as we were waiting for the shuttle pickup at the airport, we noticed that the other rental agencies had shuttles more thoroughly.
I had to take 3 different cars until I got one that had no problems. In addition, my contract spoke of a car and did not make local consultations, pushing it into a lower value car. Service was poor for employees, despite the difficulty of finding them when they were having trouble getting a car that was working properly.

We have to wait in line for two hours to get the rental car. There was only two counters were working. The line was from counter to the outside the building. The processing was very slow. I will never ever rent it from FOX.
The shuttle worked well. Our customer service representative at Dollar was professional and straightforward. She didn't try to upsell on any additional protection. It was great!

I waited OVER 3 hours to pick up my car on a Wednesday - very frustrated!!! You know what reservations you had and only had 6 registers open out of 10. The manager walked around and kept saying he was sorry for the delay but he didn't open another register or get behind a register himself. He just disappeared behind a close door.... Once I received my car the tire pressure gauge light was on. I stopped to fill the tires with air but the light continued to be on. When I called to complain the only option was for me to call roadside assistance and wait for them and then turn the car in for another one....NO not an option!! I was on my vacation and paid over $600 for a car. I will think twice before I use your services again!!
