Ended up paying charges that are unanticipated. at return, advantage representative was very rude throughout the whole process, and when she was done, she just walked away without even mentioning that the process was over.

Was charged a foreign transaction fee, which i was not aware of. both companies(advantage and easy rentcars) were not transparent with their charges.
Like: Good, new, low mileage vehicle Dislike: Being offered upsell when a larger vehicle was to be offered anyway.
Check out assistant added on an unwanted Sat Nav Device charge when exiting the car park. Only noticed this on my credit card statement during the holiday. Had the charge removed promptly on returning the car.

Everything was great, however it would have been good to know even with renting with a credit card I still have to put a $200 deposit down day of rental .
Like: This rental went off with a hitch. I got a great deal, the car in the picture was the car that i got(no bait and switch), over all one of the best rental experiences I've ever had! Dislike: Nothing
The car was bigger than I'd bargained for and in excellent condition. The only slight problem was that the driver's seat smelled strongly of men's cologne.
The guys behind the counter and at checkout were all very nice and extremely helpful.
Routes has great customer service, and they have very nice, clean cars. They made sure that someone was there before business hours to take me back to the airport to fly out of Atlanta. Picking up the car was quick and easy, and they were all so friendly! I will definitely use Routes again!!
