europcar staff very bad service and bad impression for me. staff name’s “kwang” Could you please to keep after about her speech.

staff was nice and friendly

Everything was perfect. Pic up was was very easy, Car was well-maintained, hospitality of the team was very nice, While Dropping the person checked the car condition and then handed over my deposit payment slip, hope to receive the deposit payment in my car soon.

The pick up process and drop off process was very smooth. The people incharge were thorough professionals. During drop off, my fuel gauge was one bar short of full, yet the person incharge agreed to get fuel filled on my behalf as I had already reached the airport. The car was super clean and very well maintained. Overall, it was a superb experience. Very smooth.

Well, this has been the most pleasant experience for me. I booked through ERC for both Phuket as well as Krabi. For one booking I had to cancel and re book as there was a change in my schedule. The whole process was amazing as I got refund for the cancelled booking within a day. It was really so good as so many companies take a while to refund online payments. The choice of cars, the vendors and the price of rentals are all unmatched. I will definitely use ERC for all my future requirements.

Easy booking and confirmation.

The car space was good. Cleanliness is acceptable. Only there is odour on the floor carpet/mat, smell like damp rain water or stink socks.

Will book with EasyRentCars in future as you guys can give the best price over the internet.

It would be great to include some info on where the counter (at the airport) is for first time travellers like me.

Experience was good. We arrived later than the booking time and the service counter can be easily located and the pick up process was brisk. This is especially important when traveling with kids. A little disappointed with the small boot space of the car. Considering that it is a 7 seater, it is not able to take a single 21” luggage. A seat had to be sacrificed for luggages.

The portal provide good variety of cars at different prices. It also provides the flexibility of changes and cancellations without any charges.

No service service at terminal, have to finding at pick-up or drop-off location. Suggest a small booth or stand ad or else that better than nothing.

Arguments with staff regarding basic or super protection very annoying. I’m not sure whether she notice or just trying upsell the super protection insurance. I’m insist to buy because i already buy the super protection through site and cover by AXA insurance. That’s clear enough!

Very confuse and difficult to find the staff in charge. No counter. Waste time to find the staff to collect car key. Differ name.. Should be europcar instead of easycar. Booking frontier but get other car. X trail. Staff ask to pay ot 5xxthb hidden charges. But after argue and show the booking slip. Waived at the end. Not so honest staff. Already purchase full insurance but the slip show with basic coverage only. So confusing

Charged me THB1200 for a punctured tyre!

Reliable car rental company in Krabi minus the worry about the market "scams". Car condition is as good as new while the crew is fast, efficient and professional. Special mention to Khun Pusit who was very hospitable and reassuring. Definitely recommended if you need to rent a car in Krabi!

Booking on Easyrentcars is seamless and efficient. Helpdesk was patient with answering my questions. I opted for their Super Protection Coverage which eases any worries of getting into an accident.

Very pleasing person greet us at the information desk, very helpful. We got an upgrade to Honda Civic, but was not washed properly. Overall great car to drive and great rental price offered. Would love to book again with Cmore. The person asked for cash for security, which was not pre-informed. The security deposit can't be made using credit or debit cards

It can best reflect whether the service is good or not when in bad situation. I carelessly damaged the left front bumper when reversing to a parking lot in the first day and immediately returned the car to the hire company. In the last day before I left, I actually expect that I need to pay some (although the booking contract says collision damage waiver), but I cannot get their genuine reply about the part I need to pay. The guy who dealt with me face-to-face and his boss whom I talked over the phone are asking for different cost (I can see that they just want to show the big number and then easier to charge me higher, but even they themselves are not aligned on one number). They listed down many items (total $50,000THB) and even included 14days "sunk cost" at $10,000THB (cannot use when in repair). To me, this is not a reasonable charge and they were just trying to get most from me.
