the car is okay. changed from almeira to civic which is good. no counter during arrival. person need to be contact. hard for tourist which do not have local line to call. no credit card facilities to perform deposit on the car. luckily local manager is negotiable to the deposit value

I booked carseat for 3-month baby but given the bigger size. Then they put the new one back. The new one size was okay but it was very dirty. Baby seatbelts were too long and could not adjust its length. So I had to solve it myself to tide up that belts for my baby safety. :((((

The staff were on time, friendly and helpful. However, there was a hiccup at the end when we dropped off the car. There was an existing scratch on the tyre rim and a small cut on the tyre. The staff marked it on the sheet at the beginning but when we returned it, a different staff said that we caused it. Their reason was that the staff marked the rim only and not the tyre. After explaining a couple of times that the cut on the tyre was existingly there, and going back and forth with a lady on the staff’s phone, they finally agreed that it was not our fault.

I loved the customer service, the ease of usage of the app and the price protector where I am notified if the price drops to a certain level. Two thumbs up!

Car stopped without battery on next day which could be possible due to the light and Budget guy come to jump start the car, very professional and Im appreciate their prof on this. Car is not the same from the show/booked which is Toyota Yaris while getting Honda Amaze Brio, still an ideal car which is save petrol with lower cc/engine. A nice trip with Budget.

The Toyota Yaris was a very smooth car to drive and it had great airconditioning. The whole process from start to finiah was very professional by Europcar amd detailed.

Easyrentcars worked how it was designed to work. Price drop protector did not work but this may have been an error on my part as I didnt pay to much attention to it when booking.

Have been to Thailand for many times but this is our first time hiring a car for trip in Thailand. It was very easy to locate the counter in the Krabi airport upon arrival. The customer service is really good for all the processes until we got our car. We will definitely be getting a hire car again from them next time!
