We have a shuttle service that will take you to and from the Tullamarine Airport and our site in Catalina Drive. Give us a quick call at 03 8592 6377 and we'll meet you at the pick up point, load in your bags, and deal with the traffic for you. As soon as you get to the Catalina site, our friendly Alpha staff will help you pick up your vehicle and assist you with your toll concerns, if you haven't gotten your passes yet.

Picking up the car is a bit inconvenient. Other companies have counters directly at the airport, but with Alpha, you need to wait for their shuttle to pick you up. Make sure to allocate enough time when returning the car to avoid delays. However, the service is still good.

The attitude was not good, the staff did not understand Chinese at all. When we called to request a shuttle bus, they told us to take another company's shuttle. After finally finding a shuttle bus, we were told to look for their own, but two shuttles from other companies had already come and gone without seeing theirs. In the end, another company's driver let us get on because we weren't fluent in English and were quite worried, but thankfully their office was right next to ours. The staff didn't understand Chinese at all. We rented a manual car but were not used to it initially, which made the staff very angry. She then asked if we knew how to drive and left. I asked if we could pay extra to upgrade to an automatic car, but she refused and left. If your English is not good, think twice before choosing this company. The small rental company couldn't provide the reserved car model, had terrible customer service, and getting a refund was a nightmare. If it weren't for my wife being an Australian Chinese who could argue with them, there was no way Zuzuche's customer service could solve the problem.
