Shuttle Bus is available within business hours and up to 20 minutes prior to closing. Pick-up from Melbourne Location: After collecting your luggage please call 1300 729 230 (+61 3 6165 0838 for International customers) and press option 1 to request the shuttle bus service to our near-airport location during the location’s operating hours. From T1 (QANTAS): Turn right and cross 1 pedestrian crossing and turn right again, wait at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T2 (INTERNATIONAL): Proceed left towards T1, cross 1 pedestrian crossing and turn right, wait at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T3 (VIRGIN): Cross 1 pedestrian crossing, on your left there will be a sign that says Crew Buses. Please head past this sign and wait in the middle near the Brown Bus Shelter. From T4 (JETSTAR & REX): Proceed towards T3, cross 1 pedestrian crossing once you are at T3. On your left, there will be a sign that says Crew Buses. Please head past this sign and wait in the middle near the Brown Bus Shelter.

Drop-off Instructions

Drop-off from Melbourne Location: Please return the vehicle to our off-site depot located at 3 Annandale Road Tullamarine and we will shuttle you back to the airport terminal, this service does not need to be booked, but is only available within business hours and 20 minutes prior to closing. Please allow enough time to wait for the shuttle to arrive (approximately 20 min).

Overall I thought it was good and I would use them again, mainly based on price. Pros- Convenient shuttle service, fast pick up process and great staff! Cons- Drop off instructions were a little confusing to say the least, car seemed to have missed a service and I thought I was getting a Toyota Carolla and got a Kia Rio. Nothing against Kia’s, I like them but the vehicles class, size, ride comfort aren’t comparable at all and knew was doing a lot of driving so that was kinda disappointing. Do not recommend as we booked and paid for our car for after hour pick up and we ended up having no car, no one to call and the lovely shuttle bus driver who was also incharge of the hotline after hours us to get an Uber home and come back the next day. He was also unable to reach bargain car rental. Vehicle condition is bad, with dents and scratches everywhere and dirty interior, check in staff was rude and refuse to solve any problems, email communications and instructions were not clear on timing which caused a lot of inconvenience and money at the end

Be prepared for a bit of a wait (20+ min or so) for the shuttle from the Airport to collect the car. The vehicle that we had collected was very clean and there was even a slip showing us when the vehicle was last checked and serviced. The car pickup service was very slow, with only one or two receptionists, and each customer took at least ten minutes. I had to wait in line for at least an hour. When returning the car, I filled up the tank at a gas station just one kilometer away and even kept the receipt. However, the staff said it wasn't necessary. After I returned home, I was charged $65 for refueling, claiming there was only one-eighth of a tank left. This is blatant fraud and extortion. Absolutely unacceptable.

When driving at 30 kilometers, it showed insufficient urea. I had to buy urea myself and wasn't reimbursed. They also pushed us to buy their insurance, claiming Chinese insurance is all a scam. I wasted an extra hour in traffic buying urea to avoid potential issues when returning the car. When I got to the return location, they were off work, and there was no clear signage for returns, leading to a deduction of my entire deposit. To summarize, Ezu is a terrible rental car company. I strongly recommend never choosing this company, even if others are more expensive. I've never encountered such poor service in my life.

Pretty good, but there's one thing to note. Many cars have a sticker on the fuel cap that says unleaded 95 only, but if you check the car's manual in the glove box, it usually says that 90 or above is fine. So, you can use 91 and don't need to buy the expensive fuel.
