Like: Service, speed and value for money Dislike: The car. It was a Smart for four. It was horrible to drive. Very noisy very slow. Its actually a Renault Twingo with a smart badge on it. Even for a Renault it was bad !!
Under 5 mins to go through the paperwork and pick up the car at the airport. Staff were friendly and took us through all the options. Car was a new Citroen C1 which provided ample space for the two of us. Drop off also only took 5 minutes.
Like: Nice little car, Skoda Fabia, just right for my family. Collection was easy and the staff at the counter really helpful. Drop off was straightforward and everything went really smoothly.
Like: The service was brilliant, the staff were some helpful and friendly. I don't think I could say anything negative about the overall experience. Very happy customer. Dislike: I'm not sure if it is a negative or not but the staff are so laid back that when I found a dent on the car at pick up they said it's something that happens and ticked it off my form and not theirs. I wasn't picked up on it at drop off though so I guess they are all fairly level headed with the process of it all. Very happy with everything!
Like: Hire desk easy to find just after carousal, friendly and helpful guy on the desk. Less than 5 mins walk to pick up car which was on the airport – however the walk is not covered so you are exposed to all the elements! Car was easy to find there was more damage on it than advised, I would recommend that you check just to be on the safe side and as not to incur further costs, although this was quickly resolved by the staff on site and we were on our way!! Same on return quick and easy drop off. Dislike: That the car had more damage than stated on the paperwork originally provided - this should be more accurate
