CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON AVIS IN CHARLOTTE

Last three times I have rented with AVIS the car was not cleaned / vacuumed. At first I thought they forgot to do it, but after three rentals in different cities I am beginning to think it's their policy to let cars through the system with apple cores and trash left in them for the next guy.

They never had our vehicle. The only one they had was damaged down the drivers side with a damaged mirror. Saying this, it took them over half an hour to find the key for this vehicle.

Would recommend QEEQ.COM to anyone. Great value and plenty of communication.

When we arrived there, were no cars available similar to what we had reserved. We were thinking we´d need to upgrade and pay the difference. This was frustrating. Somehow at the end, a customer who had come ahead of us was unable to rent their car and we were able to take that one. Staff was kind and professional the whole way.

When we were having trouble finding a car, the rep was very helpful in working through solutions. Mentioned they would research and call back and they did promptly. I was very glad for their assistance.

The counter staff was helpful...getting out was a little odd with the exit attendant appearing from another location. I got put on hold when I phoned for road service so I just ended up putting air in the tire a few times.

The price drop worked for a slight discount.

The rear wheels either have a bad wheel bearing or tire with a broken belt causing a vibration and noticeable noise.

Would have been better if the confirmation has USD versus MYR $ on the receipt.

Quick and friendly pickup. Unfortunately our car got broken into and we had to exchange it on the last day. Exchange took forever. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
