I had a problem solved!

Like: I rent a small car and they exchange it with a brand new one, slightly bigger, nicer and neat! The problem was that someone broke into my car and stole my bag with all my papers and money, causing a small damage on the key lock at the driver’s door. The guys at the rental showed me sympathy for my loss and they didn‘t ask for anything, solving me in this way, a huge problem! I‘m so greatfull about this and I will definetly rent from them in the future!
Dislike: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
