Instead of Kia, we were given a Suzuki Swift GL, which has a very low wheelbase, causing bumpy scraping in the many speed breakers around Hobart. The complimentary GPS was very useful, though we had our own, which we didn't had to use.

Good service as usual, our 4th hiring in the last 12 months.

The 24/7 return service made for a stress-free return. The late opening hours (until 11 pm at Hobart Airport) was also less stressful.

Ease of booking and rapid confirmation were both huge positives.

Staff was professional and car pickup process was quick and easy. Car condition was excellent.

Installed wrong child car seat

Overall we had a great experience. We had an issue with credit/debit and load and go cards both on pick up and drop off which was inconvenient and we were given different information. It was resolved well by the staff but it was inconvenient for us as customers.
