Basically service was good. There were two staff working. One was super helpful and friendly, the other needs more training, I think. He didn’t know how to install the child car seat. We ordered a car seat in advance, so we were a bit annoyed to find that it hadn’t been installed before we arrived to pick up the car. Other than that we had a very good experience.

市内の店舗で車をお持ちしたのは、私一人だったので手続きも早かった。車の状況はとても良くて、やっと2W余りのキロを運転して、車を持ち上げる前にやっと車を洗ったばかりです。私たちは3人しかいませんが、荷物が多いので、車のスペースと荷物スペースは満足できます。
