“Worst experience ever and I would not book with Budget or EasyRentCars again”

Worst service ever,the staff didn’t know what they were doing,we were in the queue for 40 mins and they wanted more money from me and was trying to get me to cancel the booking to rebook. Car had not been cleaned,full of scratches and I was told the car was orange it wasn’t it was blue.
