The counter staff were negative that I booked through easy rent cars. There was a discrepancy between the deposit listed on the website and the actual deposit they charged. The lady challenged our choice of car insisting we needed to upgrade to a larger one.

“Got very good service”

Like: Got a 1.4lt turbo Golf automatic. A great little car, solid feel on the road and not bad economy.
Dislike: Nothing. Quite happy with the rental.

Dislike: very little explanation on how to use the car. Since we were not familiar, it took some time to become acquainted.
