Like: Nice and Friendly Team and Great Location. Drop off is a breeze!!!
Dislike: Whilst drop off was painless, the pick up was time consuming compared to what I'm used to at other rentals. The amount of up selling the sales guy and his manager tried to do was sort of funny at the start but started to get a bit much and made me uncomfortable. Not only off putting in the end but time consuming. I actually spent money on insurance I would not have because of the constant up selling tbh. So I question were they nice or were they just nice to try to make more money!!??

Voiture spacieuse et agréable à conduire, prise en main facile. Par contre il faut bien vérifier l’état du véhicule avant de partir : en route je me suis retrouvé à court d’huile moteur et j’ai dû aller dans une autre agence pour qu’on me change de voiture. Au moins avec une grande enseigne, on se sent quand même plus en sécurité.

Exactement ce que j’espérais ! Pour ce趟澳新之旅，我试了三家租车公司：墨尔本用的是 Avis（体验 très mauvais），悉尼是 Hertz（vraiment top），奥克兰是 EZCar Rental（挺不错）。我是 Hertz 的黄金会员，在美国一直都是直接上官网订车，体验一向很好。后来发现 QEEQ 的价格更划算，所以在曼谷和悉尼两次租车都选了 Hertz。这家门店流程特别简洁，几乎不推销乱加东西，还车也是秒还。他们给了我一辆不到一万公里的起亚 K5，整体驾驶感受很好，各种安全提醒也做得很到位。总之，这次用车体验可以说是近乎完美！
