I believe they are one of the most if not the most under rated car rental agency. The staff were friendly and got us going in no time. We were renting for 50days, they went out if their way to make sure we were happy. Significant $$ savings compared to any other agency(atleast 40% cheaper than their nearest competitor ).

“Overall it was cheap and easy”

I did get mustisibi outlander which was smooth and got power, lots of space and easy to drive , less economical , may be bit warm reception when we are there even though we need to wait bit while because they are busy , instead ignoring

“Cheap but rip of fees”

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

“Poor customer service. Would not book again.”

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
