The email confirmation stated pick up was in terminal however this wasnt the case. I actually paid more for this privilege so i was disappointed to find that I had to get a shuttle bus to the pick up. Overall we had to wait a long time to get the car.

ほぼ満足でしたが、車を受け取る際に車外の傷について詳細なチェックをするようには注意されませんでした。しかし返却時には店舗側が非常に厳密にチェックし、非常に小さな傷についても私たちに補償を要求されました。その上、料金がとても高かったです。
