Not a convenient process to collect car. Instructions was difficult to follow. Car was not cleaned inside nor washed outside. When I queried I was told its a busy season and the turnaround time from booking to vehicle was to short. Car seat was not ready & had to install it myself in the car.

サービスは全般的に非常に良かったです。ただし、空港でピックアップされる際には迎えの車のナンバーを教えてもらえると、もっとスムーズに見つけられたと思います。そうでなければ長時間待ってしまいます。

打ち合わせが早く,手続きが手っ取り早い。ガソリンをいっぱい借りて車を返したいのは、僕らが車を取ったときは四分の一くらいだったので、これはあまりよく見積もっていなかったが、幸いにして戻ってきたときにはオイル・タンクがちゃんと着いていたからだ。
qeeq予約が便利だが、これは第2次订车だし、これからも引き続き利用する。
