Not what I paid for and not good enough.

The car provided was far smaller than had been booked, and no alternative was available. This was positioned as an "upgrade" as it was an automatic, whereas a manual had been booked. I don't really care about the gear system, that wasn't what I asked for or booked. I asked for a car big enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and a child with luggage. This was not provided and Budget offered no apology. very disappointing.
