I had time ago a bad experience with Drivalia, they gave me a car with a very old tyre, broken in the internal face, that was irreparable, and I was never reimbursed for the cost of a new tyre (used) that I had to buy.
I gave them another chance, cannot complaint about the car, new, but the staff at the check in was apathetic, slow.

全体的なサービスは普通で、数十人が番号を取って並び、効率が低い。2時間以上待ってやっと呼ばれた。保険があっても、店員は自社の保険を勧める。それでもレンタカーのコストパフォーマンスは高く、隠れた料金はない。全体的なレンタカーの体験は普通だが、使う過程は良好で、返却は速かった。

到着した時、人は多くなくて、サービスはとても親切で、保険を勧誘していませんでした、また専門に車を受け取るサービスマンがすでに退社したので必ず自分で写真を撮るかビデオを撮って残しておくように注意します。
特に感じない…
