Very good but there was no communication. They gave me a smaller Q3 than I booked, and it was the only one reserved for me at the agency. My 24-inch suitcase and a carry-on just fit. The trunk is much smaller than a full size. Picking up the car with half a tank of gas is quite inconvenient. Returning it with half a tank as well.

トータルサービスは悪くないですが、この間、他のお客様の問題が解決できなかったため、私たちの時間を取らせてしまいました。また、オフショットカウンターの料金を追加してもらいました(帰国後、Qeeqお客様サービスが差額を返金しました)。ただ、追加の運転者を無料で追加し、車も新しくて満足していた。
