Overall good, but I have a small complaint. When we arrived at the pickup point, they spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell us different upgraded models. I wouldn't mind this normally, but they ended up using nearly 30 minutes for the sales pitch and counted that as part of my rental time. This means the rental period started from the moment they greeted me, not when we finished the process, and 80% of that time was spent on upselling.
I said I don't need the insurance, but the staff still added it in my terms, and my fault was I signed the paper without recheck, cause I said I don't need it.
It costs extra 138GB.
