There is a shuttle bus from the airport to the Hertz parking lot. The driver was very nice and helped us with our luggage. The parking lot signs are clear. However, the counter staff tried to sell us insurance when we picked up the car.
I'm not good at English, but the process went very smoothly. I had an impression that Hearts was expensive, but the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Hertz next time.
