Also dropoff location was very unclear. Email said in airport but it's actually the taxi area adjacent to airport, different entrance from the street. No rental return signs at Chiang Mai, and I wish Chic had explained that. To be fair we rented in Chiang Rai do perhaps the staff there didn't know. But it should be in the email.
