Horrible and a complete money sucking fraud

The counter stuff was nota clear with the insurance. The car was ok.

Add drop off location to the rental agreement. We had to look it up on the internet.

Over 69 mins providing proof of address and payslip without prior warning. Person before mr had same problem. Ridiculous and should be compensated

The pick up was horrendous. When I phoned I was told to go to area 16 (no problem) only to be told to wait 35 minutes for pick up & if I didn't like it is could get a taxi as pick up is a free complimentary service, then I was taken to hilton hotel 1st before drop off.Girl who dealt with my booking was excellent. When I dropped car back I was told to wait at tree outside, again 30/35 mins for pick up. After 30 mins I went back inside to complain. The staff member behind the counter was not interested when I said I was missing my flight. A senior member of staff told him to get any car and drop me back to airport. I was only in dublin for a day and lost too much time with your service so I cannot rebook with you based on this customer service.

Overall was okay. Bought a diffrent unsurance and they said its not valid. Must purchase their insurance.
